The Constituency Development Fund, is A Fund granted to every Constituency in the District for purposes of developmental implementations such as Infrastructural, Empowerment, Community, and Disaster Development. However, Government of the Republic of Zambia has been funding all its Local Authorities respectively to see to it that they serve the people of Zambia and implement all developmental proposals such as Community Project Proposal, Cooperative Grant Applications, Bursary sponsorship of all Youths and vulnerable school going pupils.
